Payment solutions

Take payment from your customer’s own bank

Most Gulf stores lose buyers because the local card is not accepted at checkout. We connect your store directly to your bank’s gateway and set cash on delivery up properly, so the sale completes instead of the basket being abandoned.

Where sales are lost

Three reasons buyers abandon the basket

All of them happen at the final step, the most expensive place to lose a customer.

The local card is refused

The card most people in the Gulf actually carry is the local debit card from their bank. Many stores cannot accept it, so the buyer simply leaves.

Cash on delivery with no controls

Paying cash at the door is the most common method in the region, yet most stores handle it with no fee, no verification and no limits, which invites fake orders and refusals.

Middleman fees you do not need

Routing through a foreign provider means a higher cut on every sale, a longer wait for your money, and a weaker relationship with the bank you already use.

What we build

Payment that fits the market you sell in

We connect you to your bank or to the provider you prefer. The choice stays yours.

Direct bank connection

We connect your store to your bank’s gateway in Oman or the wider Gulf, so the account and the settlement stay with you.

Payment providers too

Already using a regional provider? Keep it. We connect to it and add what it is missing.

The bank’s own payment page

Card details never pass through your site. The buyer completes payment on the bank’s page, which removes almost all of your security burden.

Cash on delivery, done right

A cash fee, phone verification of the buyer, and limits by area, order value and customer history.

Order notifications

A confirmation message to the buyer and to your team on every order and every status change.

Multi-country

Selling in more than one country? Each buyer automatically sees the payment methods that exist where they are.

How we work

From first call to first payment

The bank is usually the slow part, and we chase it with you.

  1. 1

    Define the target

Which countries you sell in, who your bank is, and whether you already have a payment provider.

  2. 2

    Prepare the account

We help assemble your application to the bank and follow it up until the connection details arrive.

  3. 3

    Connect and test

We connect in test mode and run success, failure and refund cases before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Launch and support

We watch the first week closely and stay responsible for updates after that.

Common questions

What store owners ask

Are you a payment service provider?

No. We never receive or route your money. Funds move from the buyer to your bank directly, and we build the software that connects your store to the bank’s gateway. It also means we can support any bank or provider without a conflict of interest.

Do I need a merchant account with the bank?

Yes, that is the basic requirement. The bank will ask for a commercial registration, an account with them, and store documentation. We help you prepare and chase the file, but approval is the bank’s decision.

How long does it take?

The technical connection is usually days. Bank approval runs from two weeks to two months depending on the bank and how ready your paperwork is. That is why we start the bank file first and build in parallel.

Can we use a bank gateway and a provider together?

Yes, and for many stores we recommend it. Local cards through the bank at a lower cost, international cards through the provider. The buyer sees both options on one page.

What about cash on delivery?

We support it fully and treat it as part of the payment solution rather than an exception to it: a cash fee, phone verification before the order is accepted, limits by area and value, and reconciliation between what the driver collected and what the store is owed.
