Shipping and delivery

The courier your customer already knows

A Gulf buyer wants a courier they recognise, a price that makes sense, and a tracking number. We connect your store to local carriers, so the right price shows at checkout and the label prints from your own dashboard.

Where the margin goes

Three problems in almost every Gulf store

Small on the surface, expensive by the end of the month.

One flat shipping price

A single price for every order means you lose money on heavy and distant shipments, and lose buyers on nearby ones because the price looked too high.

Manual work after every order

Copying the address into the courier’s site, creating the shipment by hand, texting the tracking number. Ten minutes an order becomes a full day a week.

Cash that does not reconcile

The driver collects cash and the transfer arrives days later in a lump. Matching what arrived against what the store is owed is done by hand, and often not done at all.

What we build

From the checkout page to the customer’s door

All of it inside your store dashboard, with no extra windows to keep open.

Live rates at checkout

The price is calculated from weight, destination and carrier, so you neither lose on a shipment nor scare off a buyer.

Local and regional carriers

Your country’s national carrier and a regional one for cross-border orders, side by side on the same page.

Labels and batch printing

Create the shipment and print the label from inside the order, or print a whole batch at once.

Tracking that reaches the buyer

The tracking number is sent automatically by SMS or WhatsApp when the order ships, so "where is my order" arrives far less often.

Cash-on-delivery handling

A cash fee, phone verification, limits by area, and reconciliation of what the driver actually collected.

Options by country

Every country shows only the carriers that operate there, with the correct rates and rules.

How we work

From first call to first shipment

We start with one carrier working well, then add.

  1. 1

    Review your shipping

Where you ship, at what weights, who you use today, and where the wasted time is going.

  2. 2

    Prepare the accounts

We help you open a merchant account with the carrier and obtain the connection details.

  3. 3

    Connect and test

A full test shipment: rate, label, tracking and delivery status, before any customer sees it.

  4. 4

    Expand

We add a second carrier or a new country once the first is stable, and not before.

Common questions

What store owners ask

Do we need a contract with the courier?

Yes. The merchant account and your negotiated rates stay between you and the carrier. We only build the connection. We do not sit in the commercial relationship and we take no cut of it.

Can we show more than one carrier to the buyer?

Yes. You can offer an express option and an economy option, or a different carrier per region. Rates are fetched live from each carrier and the buyer chooses.

What about reconciling cash?

This is the part most solutions ignore. We match what the driver collected on each shipment against what the store is owed, and surface the gaps instead of leaving them buried in a lump-sum statement.

Will it work with our current store?

If you are on WooCommerce, yes. If you are on another platform or a custom system, we connect through its API. Send us the link for a precise answer.

Can shipping and payment be connected together?

Yes, and we recommend it. Cash on delivery is a problem that sits between the two, and it cannot be solved unless both sides are talking to each other.

Stop doing manual work after every order

Tell us which carrier you use and what your store runs on, and we will tell you what can be automated and what cannot.
